In older days people used to communicated by different means such as sigh , symbols , rock art, dance , signal using smoke fire , sent the letters by birds .., Use of drum sound to make a mass announcement and so on. . these forms are changed with time and reformed
For example ; In older days people use the symbol on stone in modern day it is reform to Logo.
Letters changes into mail.
Earlier people used to sit together and had a chit chat and now its changes to social media.
So its not wrong to say that the form is reformed ..in its own ways.And this reformation helped in the globalization
. Today we can divide the communication in basic three parts..
Mode of communication can be divided into three parts
Print media
Electronic media
New media (internet)
Print Media : with the word it is clear , printed . The examples of print media are Newspapers, Magazines, pamphlets, prospects , paintings and others. Print media is an old form of communication. It was used by forefathers . take the examples of Ramayana and Mahabharata they are the one of the examples or even the rock art.
Electronic Media : The biggest example of electronic media is Radio, television and film .we can take new media under electronic media . then Internet come to boom in this resent year .After the smart phone.The portable form made the electronic media reach to every hand. Before the portability its reach was very less but toady you can find every hand with one or two phone .The impact of electronic is much high because of its audio and visual combo.
Look the things which we see will remain for more time in our mind , and people prefer more to watch the videos with compare to read this is mass.If you talk about the print media . take the example of a story or a poem , only that poem or story remains with you , which while reading your mind makes an image. Just think on it
The role of media is vital and full of responsibility Especially while NEWS. In our country India press (Media ) is very liberal. but in many countries media has to follow a lot of rules and regulation .
But in this blog I m not going to discuss on this issue much more . We are going to talk about film here and its importance.
Film is a form of electronic media and its impact is much more with compare to any mode of communication.
Its the biggest way by which one can tell his feeling or pass out any kind of message they want. Film can be divided in various form depending upon its content like; Love and romance, action, family drama, Action, comedy, bio pic, Documentary film and others.
We get inspire by the actors , and always try to copy then .The impact of film on youth can be clear by the simple example when our Government banned on screen smoking.
The era was there when movies was made in India on social issues and people talk about the future problems . But slowly with the passage of time and commercialization , the mode of film making changed out and the motto to earn on .. Today we have a global media we can watch world movies in different languages , most of us watch. Film help us to know the culture and tradition of different places. The question is why film had a grand impact on us.? I will discuss this on my next blog so keep an eye.
And at last the more important thing do we need the language to understand the film think . I dont think so because you can understand much more of the thing by the act also . we laugh , smile and understand the film of Chaplin, with his act only.So at last I want to say you only that its need to connect to your audience to communicate.
